Robert J. Mormile, ESQ.

Mr. Mormile received his JD in 1990 from The Dickinson School of Law and was admitted to the Pennsylvania and New Jersey bars the same year. From 1990-1991, he was the law clerk to the Honorable Karen D. Russell, JSC in Morris County.

Mr. Mormile has extensive experience in all aspects of civil litigation and specializes in medical malpractice, general liability defense and hospital guardianship matters. His reported cases include Williamson v. Waldman, 150 N.J. 232 (1997) and Kelly v. Toder, 300 N.J. Super. 256 (App. Div. 1997). He has been named by New Jersey Monthly Magazine’s annual listing of New Jersey Super Lawyers for 2013-2016.
