Cristine M. Jones, ESQ.

Ms. Jones received her JD in 2011 from Rutgers School of Law, where she led the trial team to Regional
Champion of the 2011 American Association for Justice Student Trial Advocacy Competition, and placed 5th in the nation at the 2011 American Association for Justice National Trial Advocacy competition, competing against 900 participants nationwide. She was awarded the 2011 International Academy of Trial Lawyers Student Advocacy Award, an honor bestowed for demonstration of greatest achievement and ability in trial advocacy. During law school she served internships with the Law Guardian Office of the Public Defender, and Court of Common Pleas, Philadelphia.


Following graduation she clerked for the Honorable Joseph L. Rea, J.S.C. of the Superior Court, Middlesex Vicinage, Civil Division. She has attained admission to the New Jersey and New York bars and devotes her practice to the defense of medical malpractice, general liability and premise liability matters. Ms. Jones has over ten years of litigation experience with Farkas & Donohue, representing clients ranging from major hospital systems, nursing home, long term and acute care facilities, as well as physicians, nurses, physicians assistants and other medical providers. Her background is uniquely supported by her additional insurance claims specific experience within the domain of healthcare specific professional liability claims. Her reported cases include Medina v. Pitta, 442 N.J.Super. 1 (App.Div. 2015)
