Nancy Crosta Landale holds a bachelor's degree from Douglass College, Rutgers University and a law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law.  She began her legal career as law clerk to Superior Court, Law Division Judges William L'E. Wertheimer, and A. Donald McKenzie.  She is a graduate of the Richard J. Hughes American Inn of Court.

She went into private practice in 1988, ultimately specializing in professional liability litigation and becoming a partner at Farkas & Donohue, LLC, where she handles cases in the Law and Appellate Divisions on behalf of medical provider defendants and medical entities of all specialties.

Her litigation, trial, and appellate experience includes medical and nursing home malpractice; and general liability, mass tort, environmental, and insurance coverage disputes.  She is an accomplished and published author of legal, news and feature articles.
