Beth A. Hardy, ESQ.


Ms. Hardy is a 1991 honors graduate of the Western New England College School of Law. She was admitted to the New Jersey bar in 1991 and clerked for the Honorable Melvin P. Antell, Presiding Judge of the Appellate Division, from 1991-92.


Ms. Hardy is Certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Civil Trial Attorney, is an experienced trial and appellate lawyer and a former Deputy Attorney General in the New Jersey Division of Criminal Justice, Office of the Insurance Fraud Prosecutor. She has been named by New Jersey Monthly as one of the Top Attorneys in New Jersey since 2010 and is a former member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA). Her published cases include Lynch v. Scheininger, 162 N.J. 209 (2000), Gardner v. Pawliw, 150 N.J. 359 (1996) and Gangemi v. National Health Laboratories, 305 N.J. Super. 97 (App. Div. 1997).
